Arrest in Iran...........................

I was reading about the recent arrests in Iran... What exactly is this Iranian Criminal Justice? A God-given Iranian version of the Islamic law?! Why don't/can't we have a religious figure... to come out of the closet... and say the appropriate role of religion in politics and law is not what the murderer mullahs are feeding the Iranians! ... (Religion plays a great role in a country like Iran - we are not the first (or the last) country where religion... has an important impact on our lives... look at Italy... every hill is a holy place of worship!)
